A Complete Yoga Practice
Open to all levels of yoga/aerial yoga experience
Date: Saturday, February 16, 2019
Workshop 1: 9:00am-noon
Workshop 2: 3:00-6:00pm
Different material will be taught in each Workshop.
Get a complete Yoga practice of movement, specific breath techniques, and meditation in these special 3-hour Unnata Aerial Yoga classes.
In each workshop, you will first learn how to use the hammock as a tool for any challenging parts of the class to come. We’ll be able to offer personalized adjustments for anyone who needs them during this section. Through this process, the class that will follow will flow smoothly. At the end of the movement class, you’ll learn simple and practical breath techniques to prepare your mind for a gentle transition into meditation.
Each workshop class will be a different sequence of movement, different breath techniques, and different meditation. And, because all Unnata Aerial Yoga classes use the same underlying framework, you’ll be able to use most of the unique and fun parts you learn in these workshops in future open level classes at Sacred Sounds Yoga.
Cost: It is possible to do one single workshop for $45 in adv, or $50 on day of, or both workshops for $85 in adv or $95 on day of. Interested in Day 2 as well? Take the full Urban Retreat (Day 1 & Day 2) for $130 if paid by Feb 9, or $140 after Feb 9. Day 2 details here.
