Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Program Dates:
Two consecutive weekends:
Part 1: Thursday, August 1 – Sunday August 4, full days
Part 2: Thursday, August 8 – Sunday August 11, full days.
For those traveling in from out of town, there will be 3 days in between the two weekends when you will be free to explore all that Charleston has to offer including great beaches, lots of yoga studios, and lots of southern charm. Past participants have turned it into a learning vacation, and some have even come with their families.

Cost: The full program cost is $1,650. You can receive a $150 early bird discount by paying the total before July 1, 2019. A $500 deposit is required once your application has been accepted, to reserve your spot in the training. Total payment due July 15, 2019.
All tuition fees, application fees, course materials, and licensing fees are included in the above costs. (Lunch/dinner/lodging not included.)

To Apply: The Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program is available only to students who are already Certified Yoga Instructors. It is also highly recommended to have taken several aerial yoga or aerial acrobatics classes before attending the course.

About Your Instructor

Jordan Anderson is a yogi and aerial acrobat, and the co-founder and director of Aerial Fit® which is Charleston, SC’s only dedicated aerial facility. She was a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor for many years before discovering aerial, and the Unnata® Aerial Yoga method speaks to her because the way it combines yoga with the use of an aerial apparatus is so powerful. Jordan has been influenced by a variety of yoga teachers including Doug Keller for his down to earth anatomical approach, Andrey Lappa for his inclusion of the energy bodies in the practice, Dharma Mittra for his kind heart, and all of her students and teachers who continue to be her greatest inspiration. Her yoga classes are a combination of breath, movement, stillness, focus, and exploration/play. She is a firm believer that the practice of yoga (all 8 limbs of it!) can enhance anyone’s quality of life.

As someone who spends much of her life in the air, Jordan is drawn to Unnata® for the sense of grounding it provides and loves how it bleeds over into every aspect of her life. Teaching is her way to share that with others.  Jordan has been teaching Unnata® since 2009 and has a passion for helping guide others along the teaching path.
