How do I prepare for a class?

Who is This Class For?

  • Anyone can take the Aerial Yoga class. No previous Aerial or Yoga experience necessary.
  • Students of all levels are welcome!
  • NOTE: New students please arrive early for sign-in and orientation.

When to Eat:

  • It is recommended not to eat for at least 2 hours before class time.
  • If you must eat during that time, try eating lightly and eating easily digested food such as fresh fruit.

What to Bring:

  • Hand towel or similar

What to Wear:

  • Clothing to cover the backs of knees and armpits
  • Layers of snug but moveable clothing
  • Sweater or sweatshirt for warmth (space may be cool)

What NOT to Wear:

  • Dangling earrings and necklaces
  • Bracelets
  • Big, bulky rings
  • Long and/or sharp finger and toenails

Yoga Mats

  • Yoga mats are suggested but not required. Facility does not have yoga mat rentals.
