Unnata® Aerial Yoga Instructors are a unique group of fun individuals who have diverse Yoga backgrounds. Only Certified Yoga Instructors are accepted into the Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program, but no specific Yoga technique is required.

Each teacher learns how to integrate the use of the fabric trapeze into his or her traditional Yoga system, which allows teachers to vitalize their classes with this valuable and diverse tool, while maintaining the expertise they’ve developed over the years.

Unnata Aerial Yoga classes will vary depending on the instructor, but one thing that is consistent around the world is every instructor’s love of Yoga, and for teaching its basic principles.

Not everyone who teaches a class with “Aerial Yoga” in the title has had the same training!
